No. For temporary staffing, you are billed after services are delivered. Permanent placements are invoiced upon successful hire. We never ask for payment before we deliver results.
Yes. A conversion fee applies, but it is often reduced based on the time already worked as a temporary staff member. This is the basis of our Contract-to-Hire model.
We offer replacement options within an agreed period. If a placement doesn't work out, simply notify us and we will source a suitable alternative at no additional cost.
No. Our services are fully flexible and based on your needs. The only exception is our Subscription Plans, which are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice. There are no lock-in periods.
Any additional costs—such as travel for specialized roles or out-of-hours placements—are always discussed and agreed upon in advance. You will never receive a surprise invoice.
